Patron app helps you to keep track of regular purchasing products or services. This app tries to digitize the way we track our regular purchases by replacing the traditionally maintained customer cards. This app is primarily for the regular customers of Milk Stores, Water Suppliers, Tiffin Service Providers, Kirana Stores, small scale Daily Service providers like laundry shops, or any other Business which provides you regular products/services and registered with Patron - Point of Sale (POS).
Customers can explore the stores, products and services within or around their area that sells to the customers on regular basis. After a customer is enrolled by the store for particular products and services, customer can see the expected purchase and expenses - store and product wise.
Register / Verify
Register yourself as a customer or if your profile is already created by any seller / service-provider of Patron - POS then directly verify your account.
Track Regular Purchases
Keep track of your purchases from the seller / service providers from where you are purchasing on a regular basis.
View Statistics
Generated purchase calendar and graphs will help you to get all over insights of your regular purchase and look at your regular needs and expenses.
Register as a Customer / Verify
Register as a Customer by filling a simple form and verifying your contact information (Email and/or Mobile Number Verification). Or if your profile is already created by any of the seller / service-providers at Patron - POS then directly verify your account and start utilizing the features. And you are ready to digitize your regular purchases and get insights about your expenses.
Explore stores and products
Search for a product seller or service provider within or around your area that sells to the customers on regular basis. For example, a customer can search for milk stores and products in his/her area.
Regular Purchase
Check the list and details of stores, products and services which you are enrolled to purchase on a regular basis.
Store profile
Check the details of the seller and service provider with the products and services they are selling to their regular customers.
Analytics
The greatest feature of this app is that the customer will be able to view various statistical measurements like:
- Purchase Card mentioning daily and monthly purchase (expense)
- Date and month wise expense on various products/services with charts
- Daily expected expense vs actual expense - product and store wise

You can check daily and monthly purchase of a specific product / service and store. This will give a clear view of regular purchase and expenses.
Statistics
After a customer is enrolled by the store for particular products and services, customer can see the expected purchase and expenses, store and products wise. You can also get the graph of all the products and service expense day wise and month wise as well.

Traditionally retail shopkeepers and small service providers are used to recording sales on a paper or a diary. Patron tries to eliminate this paperwork by digitizing this process of bookkeeping.
We are also taking care of the same thing in the end-to-end process of developing and maintaining these applications. Most of the time we use some digitized form for documenting, designing, analyzing, notes, etc. and in other cases, we try our best to use the reusable and recyclable paper.
